Spotless Garments and Reputation with Door to Door Cleaners

By Sam Catanzaro

Brentwood residents are well aware they live in one of the nicest communities in the country. They also know that Brentwood has some of the most excellent restaurants in the country. What they may not know, however, is that Brentwood is home to one of the best dry-cleaner and tailors in the United States.

Earlier this month, Door To Door Valet Cleaners & Tailors was recognized as the 2018 Dry Cleaner of the Year by the California Cleaners Associations (CCA).

“I’m elated to have won.” owner Sajid Veera said. “We chalk it up to hard work, dedication, and under-promising and over-delivering to our customers.”

For 25 years, Door To Door Valet Cleaners & Tailors have been providing Los Angeles residents with toxin-free dry cleaning, hand finished laundry, in-home tailoring as well as on-site services.

For 25 years, Door To Door Valet Cleaners & Tailors have been providing Los Angeles residents with toxin-free dry cleaning, hand finished laundry, in-home tailoring as well as on-site services. Their Brentwood Village store is one of 10 locations throughout the city. It was the first Door to Door on the Westside and exemplifies everything that makes this family-owned company one of the best in the business. And when it comes to something as important as garment care, Brentwood residents expect nothing but the best.

“When you drop over $5,000 on a bespoke Tom Ford or Brioni suit, you want to make sure your dry cleaner understands the value and fine grade of wool that the suit is made of. We regularly visit the finest mills in Italy to see how these fine fabrics are constructed to better understand the best dry cleaning methodologies to keep these garments in perfect condition,” Veera said.

Whether clients employ the valet service or come into their Brentwood Village store, Door to Doors range of services make the company more than just a dry cleaner and tailor.

From garment repair and restoration to furniture and upholstery cleaning, Door to Door’s track record shows that Brentwood residents looking for a top-notch job turn to them.

“An unnamed Brentwood resident had a fundraiser at their home for a presidential candidate and had us clean and refinish a lot of their home furnishings, upholstery and curtains before they had the fundraiser at their home in Brentwood,” Veera said. “This is the type of service that an ordinary corner dry cleaner cannot offer. This home had all custom Minotti couches and furnishings among other furnishings that we brought back to perfect condition in time for the fundraiser.”

Door to Door also offers in-home tailoring services to Brentwood residents. Many of these Brentwood clients are notable figures in Hollywood and the entertainment industry, with the services of Veera and his family behind many a red carpet dress and tuxedo.

Whether one is an Oscar, Emmy or Grammy winner, presidential candidate or just somebody that cares about their clothing, Door to Door has garnered trust from all their clientele.

“Clients trust us with their most treasured garments from family heirlooms like christening gowns to wedding dresses, we take this responsibility very seriously and appreciate the trust our clients place in us, Veera said.

Door To Door Valet Cleaners & Tailors is located at 147 S Barrington Pl. in the Brentwood Village. For more information call (310) 472-3667 or visit doortodoorcleaners.com.
