Tracy Tutor’s $23 Million Brentwood Home For Sale

By Keldine Hull

Top real estate agent and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles’ first and only female broker Tracy Tutor is listing her expansive Brentwood home. Built in 2008, Tutor purchased the home in 2009 for $13.5 million. Asking price for the 7-bedroom, 10- bathroom mansion is $23.95 million, nearly $10 million over the original purchase price. Designed by architect Steve Giannetti, who also designed Lady Gaga’s $22 million estate, the property sits on nearly an acre of land.

Located at 301 North Carmelina Avenue, a sweeping, 2-story foyer and a grand staircase takes your breath away the moment you enter the luxurious 10, 877- square foot residence. The living room features a white marble-topped bar, ceilings inlaid with antique mirrors, and French doors that open to the veranda. The farmhouse kitchen, which overlooks the two-story family room, comes complete with two oversized islands.

The home also includes a wine cellar, gym, upstairs children’s lounge, and billiards room complete with 1970’s hanging cocoon chairs and mahogany library shelving. Stunning features also include Italian chandeliers from the 60’s and 70’s, 20- foot ceilings in every room, and multiple fireplaces. Last but certainly not least, the outdoor entertainment area, which sits atop a blue stone patio and includes a fireplace and television, overlooks a pristine backyard complete with a resort quality pool and guest house.
