Fields Holdings Purchases the Brentwood Shopping Center

The Brentwood Shopping Center has changed hands in a $30 million dollar sale.
As reported by the LA Business Journal, Fields Holdings purchased the site from Weiss Development in an off market sale brokered by the Newmark Group Inc’s agents Bill Bauman and Kyle Miller.
Bauman said in a statement to the LA Business Journal, “We were pleased to see strong investor interest in this asset as a result of its prime location and solid tenant mix. As the retail market in greater Los Angeles continues to recover from the impacts of the pandemic, strong neighborhood and super regional shopping centers continue to draw investor interest.”
The site is almost 15,000 square feet, located at 11674-11690 San Vicente Blvd. The current retail tenants include Chipotle, Claudio D’Italio, Coffee Bean And Tea Leaf, Juan Juan Salon, Juice Crafters, Planet Beauty and Winston Pies.
