NBA center DeAndre Jordan has purchased a new home in Brentwood for $8.5 million as reported by American Luxury.com even though he is still playing in Philadelphia. The home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms and is a three-level home located between Brentwood Park and the Palisades Riviera.
It is a newly built home on which construction was completed last year which means that Jordan is its first owner and resident. It has a very intricate decor which includes a kitchen with intersecting perpendicular island made of marble and a hardwood breakfast table that is surrounded by hardwood accents, floating shelves that are backlit by LED lights and floor to ceiling black cabinets.
Glass walls keep the open vibe flowing in the home opening out to a pool area that is patterned after an oasis. The living room has a glass installation in the corner. The luxury amenities like a catering/prep kitchen, fire pit, basement with a waterfall bar, five suites, home theater, wine cellar and another kitchen located outdoors make sure that the homeowner’s every need is covered.
