Bob Saget’s Former Brentwood Home on Market

Home near the Getty for sale for $7.7 million

By Dolores Quintana

Late Comedian Bob Saget’s former Brentwood home is now for sale and listed at $7.765 million as reported by The Los Angeles Times. Saget died in January at the age of 65 and lived on the property with his wife Kelly Rizzo for almost two decades paid $2.895 million for the home in 2003 as shown by public records. The agent for the sale is Adam Saget of Compass who is the comedian’s nephew.

The home was built in the 1960s and remodeled right before Saget purchased the home and moved in. While he was the owner, Saget made improvements to the property that made it more technologically up to date. He added Elan smart home features and automation to the property.

The home sits on a third of an acre of land which is located near The Getty Center and includes the main house, guesthouse, motor court and a backyard with greenery, a stone patio, swimming pool and spa.

Inside the home, you can find natural materials like wood and stone with glass as part of the decor of the main house. There is a dual-sided fireplace that divides the dining room from a two-story living room. The kitchen is spacious with a center island.

The home has five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms throughout the 6,600 square feet. The master bedroom has two balconies that face the front of the home and a hallway that opens out into a terrace. In the guesthouse, there is an additional bedroom and bathroom.
