Toscana Brentwood launches new list just in time for Father’s Day

Toscana Brentwood has a new wine list and in a post to their Instagram page, they indicated that Brunello wines are included in that list.
The restaurant, located at 11633 San Vicente Blvd, encourages patrons to check out the wine list, as curated by their Wine Director Roberto Facciolla, for Father’s Day, graduations, anniversaries or any other special occasion.
Brunello wines are Sangiovese grapes grown in stony soil that is 720 feet above sea level and was recently described by Enrico Vigliercho, general manager of Castello Banfi wine resort in Italy as follows, “The 2017 vintage was driven by hot temperatures and low rainfall. Early harvesting yielded a greater concentration of acidity balanced with excellent ripeness in the grapes. The resulting wine is characterized with soft, smooth tannins well-integrated with a strong acidity that gives this Brunello a lively and powerful structure,” as quoted by Wine Industry Advisor.
