Toscana Brentwood’s final wine dinner of the year set for December 2

Toscana Brentwood has announced its final Wine Dinner of 2022 via its Instagram page.
Via an emailed statement, Toscana Brentwood’s director of marketing Janine Sharell, gave a fuller description of what their December Wine Dinner has in store, ‘We are excited to welcome Andrea Cragnotti who will be sharing his family’s wines. Named after Andrea’s mother, the wines are called Corte Alla Flora and they hail from the Montepulciano region of Tuscany… and they are outstanding! Our Executive Chef Miguel Martinez has come up with the perfect menu to enhance the flavors of the wines. The main course is our signature Brasato al Barolo which takes two days to prepare. The Brasato is preceded by one large Raviolone stuffed with burrata and ricotta cheese, topped with a porcini mushroom sauce and shaved truffles. The dinner takes place Friday, December 2 at 6:30 PM in our private wine cellar. If any small businesses are looking to host a holiday party, we can secure a table for them at this wine dinner for a fun twist on the office holiday party.”
