16,000 square-foot mansion back on market
By Dolores Quintana
Hedge fund manager, Jeffrey “Jeff” Feinberg, has made some changes to the listing of his mansion in Brentwood as reported by The Dirt.com. The home has languished on the market for six months with a $48 million price tag but has recently be relisted with a new name and slightly lower price.
The estate is now called “Star Resort” and is listed for $43 million. That is one million less than Feinberg originally paid for the home not quite two years ago. The mansion was newly built at the time of purchase.
The home does have a prime space above the Getty Museum in the hills of Brentwood. It sits on a 1.3-acre area and has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. With 17,000 square feet of living space, where you can find a three-hole putting green, a basketball court with a Kobe Bryan theme, a TV wall, a sports simulator room and a car gallery, it’s a luxurious home in a cul de sac.
It was built on spec by developer Ramtin Ray Nosrati and completed in early 2021 and was known as the Brentwood Oasis.
The listing agents are Dan Malka and Yohan Bensimon of Ikon Advisors. Ikon’s website listing for the home states, “Opening onto the emerald expanse of the Brentwood vistas and spectacular Getty Museum views is this incredibly stunning 16,672 SF resort-style mega mansion with 30,000 SF of outdoor spaces.
