Russell Westbrook’s home in Brentwood has sold for $25 million.
As reported by Dirt, the estate located at 400 North Bristol Avenue sold to hedge-fund manager Ben Belldegrun for $25 million.
The home was originally listed for sale for $30 million but the price was lowered in November to a more economical $27 million. The estate has 13,000 square feet of space and is located in the Brentwood Park neighborhood, which is one of the hottest areas in Brentwood. Westbrook bought the property in 2018 for $20 million, so even at a lower price point, Westbrook is still making money on the property’s sale. Construction on the home was completed in 2017 and Westbrook brought it shortly after that. The estate has a security gate and is surrounded by fully grown hedges and has amenities such as a gym, movie theater and walk-in wine room.
