Looking for a meaningful event to kick-start the new year? Look no further than “An Afternoon with Ira Israel” at the Kaufman Brentwood Branch Library this weekend.
The event will take place on Saturday, January 21 at 2 pm! Israel is a clinical counselor, psychotherapist, and marriage and family therapist.
Israel is also the author of the newly released book Wired and Tired: A Guide to Revitalize Your Life. This book provides readers with an understanding of how to use mindfulness-based cognitive therapy to help them overcome depression and anxiety in order to create thriving, happy, meaningful lives.
