James Corden Selling $22 Million Brentwood Mansion Ahead of UK Move

Corden puts $22 million New England-style Neo-Colonial mansion in Brentwood on the market

By Dolores Quintana

“Late Late Show” talk show host, James Corden, is not only leaving the show but leaving the United States as reported by Architectural Digest. Corden has listed his Neo-Colonial New England-style estate in Brentwood for sale and intends to move back to the United Kingdom with his family. Originally, the home was only available for a specific list of tony buyers, but has since gone on the open market for the rest of us and is priced at a cool $22 million.

The estate is shielded from prying eyes by foliage, trees and shrubs, and has been renovated considerably. It has seven bedrooms, and eight bathrooms, with hardwood floors, a chef’s kitchen with the stunning primary color of turquoise used in the cabinetry, and an oversized island. The formal dining room contains a built-in unit that contains a fireplace and storage cubbies. The home also has its own luxurious movie theater decorated in ash gray velvet and deep blue carpeting, a library, a formal dining room, and a family room. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower that is enclosed but still separate from the toilet facilities, arched double doors that open out into a private balcony and a sitting room with a cozy fireplace and a bay window.

Outdoors, you can find lush lawns in the front and back yards, an uncovered patio, a pool, a spa and a children’s play area. Corden bought the home in 2017 for $9.7 million so he is looking to make a substantial profit from the deal. Corden was most recently in the news for his rude treatment of wait staff at the world-famous NYC restaurant Balthazar which led to the owner banning him. He later issued an apology for his behavior.
