Sunday crash sends female cyclist to hospital
Former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was involved in a traffic collision on Sunday in Brentwood, according to a source close to the politician.
Photos from the scene revealed him sitting in his GMC Yukon at the intersection of San Vicente Boulevard and Burlingame Avenue.
The Los Angeles Police Department responded to the incident at 10:30 a.m. Sunday morning, but would not confirm any names or comment on the severity of the injury of any involved parties. TMZ has reported that the unnamed female cyclist was injured in the crash and transported to a local hospital., though their injuries are not considered life-threatening.
This is not the first time Schwarzenegger has been involved in a vehicular incident; last year he was part of a four-car crash in Brentwood which resulted in one woman suffering minor injuries.
