Frozen yogurt chain shutters San Vicente location

The Brentwood Yogurtland shop is no more as reported by Toddrickallen.com. Formerly located at 11706 San Vicente Blvd, his readers reported that the space had closed. It’s not the only restaurant that has closed in recent months as rents and real estate prices soar, Kreation and Vicente have both vacated their storefronts along the San Vicente corridor. It’s a story all too familiar to food fans all over Los Angeles since the pandemic changed the restaurant game. While restaurants have always had a high failure rate among businesses, around 30% fail within the first year, the pandemic has added supply chain issues, inflation, staff retention, and operational costs including rents to the mix of issues that restaurant owners have to deal with.
Do not fret however, Yogurtland still has locations on the Westside in Culver City, at 3817 Overland Ave, the Westfield Century City Mall, at 10250 Santa Monica Blvd, Baldwin Hills, at 3939-C Crenshaw Boulevard, and Ladera Heights, at 5375-B W Centinela Ave, where you can get your favorites.
