Baltaire Celebrates 8-Year Anniversary with Special Cocktail, Million Dollar Hashbrown, Lobster Roll and Live Music

Brentwood restaurant celebrating this week for its 8th anniversary

Brentwood steakhouse Baltaire will be celebrating the restaurant’s eighth anniversary from March 9 through March 10 with a special cocktail known as the Baltaire’s Dalmore Fancy, featuring 12-year Dalmore, their Million Dollar Hashbrown, made with caviar and gold flake available as a dinner feature, and a Lobster Roll available at the bar. Their anniversary is actually on the eighth, but they will have these specials all weekend and have live music from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Thursday and Friday. You can secure reservations at Baltaire.com.

Baltaire will also have a special Easter Sunday brunch buffet on April 9th and then plans on serving an equally lovely Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet on May 14th.

The Easter Buffet will include a carving station featuring USDA prime rib steak, glazed spiral ham, and Scottish salmon. There will be an iced shellfish station with fresh oysters, shrimp, and Peruvian scallops; a stunning display of freshly made sushi selections; a variety of breakfast dishes including French toast, Eggs Benedict, shakshuka, chilaquiles and for those who are more health conscious, a variety of greens and side dishes; and freshly baked assorted pastries and desserts.

The Easter buffet is scheduled for April 9th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and the price is set at $150.00 for adults and $50.00 for children. The full Easter menu is here. Executive Chef Samuel Jung will be pulling out all the extravagant stops that Baltaire is known for. The Mother’s Day buffet will be using the same menu and is set for the same times as the Easter Buffet, because why mess with a great menu if you don’t have to?
