Baltaire reminded us all on their Instagram post that their Easter brunch is on its way. Sunday, April 9 is just two weekends away. The post stated, “Easter is around the corner! Have you been to one of #Baltaire’s extravagant brunch buffets? Join us on Sunday, April 9th for an unforgettable Easter Sunday experience. Menu & reservations are available at baltaire.com.
Per their press release, the details are as follows: “Enjoy a decadent Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet on April 9th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM ($150 for adults, $50 for children) – perfect for enjoying time with loved ones in the airy dining room or on the beautiful, expansive outdoor terrace. Executive Chef Samuel Jung will be pulling out all the extravagant stops that Baltaire is known for, with a carving station featuring USDA Prime Rib, Glazed Spiral Ham, and Scottish Salmon; iced shellfish station with fresh oysters, shrimp, and Peruvian scallops; a stunning display of freshly made sushi selections; a variety of breakfast dishes including French Toast, Eggs Benedict, Shakshuka, Chilaquiles & more; a variety of greens and side dishes; and freshly baked assorted pastries and desserts.”
Baltaire will be serving a similar menu for their Mother’s Day Buffet on May 14.
