Tracy Anderson and Chris Asplundh Expand Real Estate Portfolio With $7.3M Brentwood Purchase

Workout entrepreneur and billionaire husband acquire idyllic property in lower Mandeville Canyon

Workout entrepreneur Tracy Anderson and her husband, Chris Asplundh, have expanded their real estate holdings with the recent purchase of a stunning property in Brentwood’s Lower Mandeville Canyon. The couple, known for their connections to A-list celebrities and the billionaire Asplundh tree-trimming dynasty, acquired the property for just over $7.3 million, according to records.

Nestled on a secluded cul-de-sac and encompassing over three-quarters of an acre of wooded land, the three-story structure exudes elegance and sophistication. A gated driveway leads to a spacious motor court and attached three-car garage. Inside, the 6,000-square-foot home features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a host of upscale amenities.

The interiors are a blend of contemporary Santa Fe-inspired design and antique Spanish-style accents. High wood-beam ceilings, stone floors, woodwork imported from Vietnam, and seven fireplaces create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The main floor includes formal living and dining rooms, a family room, a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, an eat-in island, and a wet bar area. Additionally, there is a wood-paneled office space and a wine cellar for connoisseurs.

The top floor is dedicated to the master retreat, complete with a fireplace, private balcony, and walk-in closet. The master bath is a luxurious oasis with a soaking tub, standalone shower, sauna, and gym. Outside, the professionally landscaped grounds are adorned with redwood trees and boast a waterfall-lined pool and spa, fire-pit, built-in barbecue, and a stone fireplace-equipped al fresco dining area.

The listing was represented by Nicole Howard of Compass, while Laura Brau of Compass represented the buyers in this notable real estate transaction. Anderson and Asplundh’s latest acquisition adds to their growing portfolio of prestigious properties, showcasing their continued success and affinity for luxury real estate.
