Actress Heather Graham Purchases Secluded Midcentury Gem in Brentwood

Graham Leaves The Hollywood Hills For a New Estate on the Westside

By Dolores Quintana

Heather Graham, the accomplished actress known for her breakthrough role in “Boogie Nights,” has made a new real estate move to Los Angeles. After selling her Hollywood Hills home, which she had owned for 22 years since her career-defining performance, Graham invested slightly over $3.7 million in a secluded midcentury modern residence located in the Brentwood neighborhood of Crestwood Hills.

The actress’ latest role is in director Joe Lynch’s H.P. Lovecraft adaptation “Suitable Flesh,” which had its West Coast premiere at Beyond Fest this month, and co-stars Barbara Crampton, Bruce Davison, and Johnathon Schaech.

Graham’s acquisition of the property involved a purchase price that exceeded the asking price by approximately $66,000. The mid-1950s home, updated over the years, features a wood-clad structure situated on a third-acre plot. A gated driveway leads to a two-car garage with glass-paneled doors.

The interior of the residence offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms spread across a little over 2,100 square feet of two-level living space. The area is adorned with red oak hardwood floors and whitewashed wood-beam ceilings. The open-concept main level, situated down a flight of stairs, boasts a living room with a fireplace and walls of glass that open to a recently renovated deck. The estate offers ravishing views of the nearby hills, The Getty Center, and the coastal areas.

A dining area connects to a modern gourmet kitchen, complete with Caesarstone countertops, an eat-in island, and stainless steel appliances. The roomy master suite comes with a fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom that includes dual vanities, an oval soaking tub, an open shower, and access to a private garden overlooking the canyon.

The house also contains an en-suite bedroom with its own balcony on the upper level and a flexible office space on the lower level, which could easily serve as a fourth bedroom, as per the listing.

Jenny Tucker from Douglas Elliman handled the listing, and Graham was represented by Marc Silver from The Agency.
