Worldride Impact Debuts First Library at Paul Revere Middle School

Prominent Figures Gather to Support Global Education Initiative

Worldride Impact, in collaboration with Paul Revere Middle School, celebrated the opening of its inaugural Worldride Library with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The event, attended by prominent figures, community leaders, and education advocates, underscored the organization’s commitment to fostering global citizenship among children through various educational mediums.

Jamee Natella, the founder of Worldwide Impact, and Nick Melvoin, a member of the LAUSD board, presided over the ribbon-cutting ceremony, symbolizing the official launch of the library. Guests were treated to a tour of the renovated space, which features a collection of new books, computers, and Oculus headsets aimed at enhancing educational experiences.

In addition to the library unveiling, attendees were treated to an exclusive preview of Jamee Natella’s debut children’s book, “Sam in London: Cheeky Kids, Medieval Blokes, And Giant Trousers,” part of the Worldride Adventures series. The event also showcased an immersive virtual reality experience developed in collaboration with Double-A Labs and two backpack prototypes crafted by GROUNDTRUTH, a London-based manufacturer known for its sustainable and ethical practices. A portion of the proceeds from these items will go towards supporting Worldride Impact’s mission of providing cultural education resources to underserved communities worldwide.

The ceremony concluded with a stimulating panel discussion featuring Natella, Andrea King, an experienced librarian and educator, and Natalie Byrne, the founder of blank space.
