Gwyneth Paltrow’s Former Brentwood Estate Hits Market for $9.95M

Luxurious Residence Again for Sale in Brentwood

A luxurious residence situated in Brentwood’s Mandeville Canyon area, previously owned by actress Gwyneth Paltrow and musician Chris Martin, has been listed for sale. The property, concealed within a trust, was last sold in 2012 for a sum of $9,950,000, as reported by the Wall Street Journal. This sprawling estate, boasting eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, seamlessly blends classic elegance with contemporary elements.

Noteworthy features of the residence include reclaimed wood flooring, intricate stonework, and spacious living areas. The inviting living room, adorned with French doors, offers direct access to a lush backyard, perfect for outdoor relaxation and entertainment.

The chef’s kitchen, ideal for culinary enthusiasts and Instagram-worthy moments, boasts double cooktops, dual ranges, and a wood-burning oven. A central island overlooks a charming breakfast nook, enhancing the home’s culinary appeal.

Additional highlights encompass a family room adorned with expansive bookshelves and a lavishly appointed primary suite featuring dual bathrooms, exuding a romantic ambiance.

Complementing the main residence is a newly constructed one-bedroom guesthouse, complete with a spacious entertainment area and pocket doors that seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Luxury amenities abound throughout the property, including a wine cellar, estate manager’s office, gym, and a game room that adjoins a home theater. An apartment situated above the garage offers additional living space for staff or guests.

Reportedly, Paltrow has decided to part ways with the property, opting for a new residence in Montecito shared with her husband, Brad Fulchuk, in proximity to Kendrick Lamar’s recent real estate acquisition. Notably, the home features “ultrapure” drinking water and advanced air filtration systems, ensuring a premium living experience.
