Escape the Heat Wave and Enjoy Storytime, Brick-Building, STAR Reader Sessions
As the heat wave continues, The Brentwood Library offers a cool, air-conditioned space for residents looking to escape the rising temperatures. The library invites the community to drop by and take advantage of the comfortable environment while enjoying a variety of programs scheduled for the week.
STAR Readers Alicia, Bonnie, and Camille will all have sessions this week and Toddler/Preschool Storytime and Brick-Building Playtime are also returning this week. It’s a week packed with activities.
The library’s weekly schedule is as follows:
- Tuesday, Sept. 10 from 3-5 p.m.: STAR Reader Alicia
- Wednesday, Sept. 11 at 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.: Toddler/Preschool Storytime
- Wednesday, Sept. 11 from 3-5 p.m.: STAR Reader Bonnie
- Thursday, Sept. 12 from 3-4 p.m.: Brick-Building Playtime
- Saturday, Sept. 14 from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.: STAR Reader Camille
The library encourages all residents to visit and participate in these activities while staying cool during the heat wave.
