Local Leaders, Crime Updates, and Community Discussions on the Agenda
The Brentwood Community Council will host its next meeting on Wednesday, February 12, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Brentwood Presbyterian Church, located at 12000 San Vicente Blvd. This will be the first meeting of the year since January’s meeting was canceled due to the Palisades Fire.
Parking will be available in the church lot, accessible from Bundy Drive south of San Vicente Boulevard, as well as at metered spaces on the street.
The meeting agenda includes updates from community leaders and government representatives, as well as a crime report from Senior Lead Officer Matt Kirk. Scheduled speakers include:
- Michael Amster, field representative for City Councilwoman Traci Park
- Zac Gaidzik, a representative for County Supervisor Lindsey Horvath
- Sean Regan, a representative for Congressman Brad Sherman
- Liga Krievans from The Getty Museum
- Anthony Avila, representative for Assemblymember Jacqui Irwin
- Samantha Gallegos, a representative for State Senator Ben Allen
- Daisy Gomez from Barrington Recreation Center
- Marian Ensley, a representative for Mayor Karen Bass
- Friends of the Library and Gavin Keirnan, who will present and award the 10K Run winner
- Jeff Hall with Brentwood Communications
