The event will take place on Saturday, January 21 at 2 pm! Israel is a clinical counselor, psychotherapist, and marriage and family therapist.
Israel is also the author of the newly released book Wired and Tired: A Guide to Revitalize Your Life. This book provides readers with an understanding of how to use mindfulness-based cognitive therapy to help them overcome depression and anxiety in order to create thriving, happy, meaningful lives.
