Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Daughter Lists Luxurious Brentwood Townhouse for $3.2 Million

Mediterranean-Inspired Home in Brentwood Now on the Market

Producer Christina Schwarzenegger has listed her Mediterranean-style townhouse in Los Angeles’s Brentwood neighborhood for just under $3.2 million, five years after purchasing it for $2.8 million in 2019, as reported by the Robb Report.

The property, built in 2013, boasts privacy and seclusion despite its convenient location near restaurants and shopping. Accessed through a gated walkway, the townhouse features a serene courtyard with a fountain and lush greenery.

Inside, the decor exudes casual elegance with neutral tones, updated by lingerie designer Leigh Bantivoglio. The formal living room is adorned with a fireplace and French doors, while the dining and family rooms connect to the spacious kitchen, which is equipped with high-end Thermador appliances and custom cabinetry.

Upstairs, all four ensuite bedrooms offer comfort and luxury. The master bedroom boasts dual vanities, a soaking tub, a fireplace, and dual walk-in closets. The townhouse also features an al fresco dining space and a two-car garage.

Schwarzenegger has invested in various upgrades, including a state-of-the-art security system, tankless water heaters, HVAC system, water filtration, and softening system, along with custom features like Serena and Lily wallpaper and bamboo shades.

The listing underscores the Shriver-Schwarzenegger’s four children’s penchant for high-end real estate. They have embarked on their own property ventures across Los Angeles, from West Hollywood to Santa Monica.
