11706 San Vicente storefront planned for gelato shop

People who love frozen treats in Brentwood and miss Yogurtland have something new to look forward to. As reported by Toddrickallen.com, Bacio di Latte will be opening a new location at 11706 San Vicente. The restaurant normally serves its “gelato puro” at the Westfield Century City Shopping Center and their Larchmont location.
According to their website, the brothers Edoardo and Luigi Tonolli took a road trip from their hometown in Milan, Itlay, to find the secrets of making the best Italian gelato. The website states, “During this trip, they discovered the most incredible traditional recipes and raw materials and took them on their travels. Bacio di latte brings these delights to its customer’s cones in the most genuine way, by producing Gelato in front of their very eyes, respecting the ancient traditions of this wonderful art.”
They make their gelato every day in each shop, use organic milk and cream from Sonoma County as well as source other ingredients as fresh as possible. It sounds like Brentwood is in for a delectable indulgence.
