The 18,200-Square-Foot Home Features Panoramic Views, Infinity Pool, and State-of-the-Art Amenities.
A Trousdale Estates property is up for sale at $62 million after a mystery buyer purchased the 18,200-square-foot spec mansion for $42 million last July, according to Dirt.com. The seven-bedroom, 14-bathroom mansion located at 1108 Wallace Ridge was originally listed in April 2021 for $65 million but was later re-listed for $54.8 million ten months later. The current owner, who has never occupied the Beverly Hills mansion, is seeking a $20 million profit from the sale.
Built by Luxford Investment Group, a firm founded by Chinese tycoon Wang Zhongjun, the contemporary two-story mansion was designed by South Africa-based SAOTA and publicly led by developer Michael Chen. The home, dubbed Elementi, was briefly rented by Canadian rapper Drake in 2021 for $215,000 per month.
The property is situated on a half-acre hillside lot and boasts an infinity swimming pool that underwent major renovations, according to Beverly Hills permit records cited by Dirt. The home, featuring a daylight basement that is the only one permitted in Trousdale Estates, offers panoramic views from the great room with marble details inspired by the keys of a piano. The main kitchen includes state-of-the-art Gaggenau appliances, Dada cabinetry, and a 14ft leathered marble island.
There is also a butler’s kitchen with a separate entrance that has a 16-burner Viking stove. The primary suite offers custom finishes, dual baths, a designer closet, and a private deck with stunning views. In addition, there are six ensuite bedrooms, a 2,000-bottle wine cellar, a wellness center and gym, an office, and a home theater, making it an entertainer’s paradise. This iconic architectural home, designed by Luxford Group and world-renowned SAOTA, is the epitome of luxury and is located in one of the most exclusive enclaves of Beverly Hills.
The Beverly Hills Estates real estate group holds the listing and the agents who are handling the property are Branden Williams and Rayni Williams.
