Reminders: Lock cars at all times, even when in your garage. If you drive an EV, such as a Toyota Prius, consider placing a strap or cage around the catalytic converter to prevent theft.
Harden Exteriors: WiFi cameras with motion sensor lights at all entrances, especially in mailrooms and garage areas of multifamiy buiildings.
