Brentwood Dining Space Being Transformed Into Lofts

By Dolores Quintana

The space at 11905 – 11913 Wilshire Boulevard in Brentwood has been sold and is scheduled to be razed, as reported by Biz Journals.com.

The Lazy Daisy Cafe Brentwood and Pho n Mor Kitchen restaurants will be closed permanently at this location since the space will be destroyed to make way for residential lofts above a “curated retail space” according to Biz Journals.com.

A Florida based developer bought the property in a private sale. Property Management Associates worked on termination of the renters’ leases on the site.

It is not known if either restaurant will find another space in the area.
