Jon and Vinny’s opening new restaurant and standalone bar in Beverly Hills

A popular Brentwood Italian spot is opening a new restaurant in Beverly Hills with a dedicated wine bar.
Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo are expanding their burgeoning restaurant empire in a big way in 2022 and definitely bringing something special to Beverly Hills as reported by What Now Los Angeles.
In addition to their location in Brentwood, the two and partner and collaborator Helen Johannsen will be opening a new branch of their restaurant chain at 454 N. Bedford Drive. With this location, they will finally be achieving their aim of adding a standalone wine bar space that will utilize Johannsen’s talents as a wine savant. Other locations only have wine rooms for to go sales and having a glass of wine, but this would be much more for wine lovers who are Jon and Vinny fans and would introduce patrons fully to Helen Johannsen’s wine magic.
There is no set date for the opening of the Beverly Hills location, but it will be the first of two new sites to open in 2022, with a San Fernando Valley location up next.
The restaurants will have the usual menu as other Jon and Vinny locations, with a breakfast menu, pastries, morning pizzas, desserts and coffee, and then a lunch and dinner menu with traditional Italian appetizers, pastas, pizzas and salads. The establishments already have a large selection of alcoholic beverages, but the Beverly Hills location will have even more with the wine bar in play.
