Upscale Living names Baltaire one of best steakhouses in the country

Baltaire Steakhouse in Brentwood was named as one of the eight best steakhouses in the United States by Upscale Living.com.
Upscale Living praised Baltaire for their menu that is focused on their tableside preparations and all-Prime beef steaks. They also had good words for the restaurant’s decor and ambiance. The website said, “Its expansive restaurant’s airy dining room, fireside lounge, and sprawling outdoor terrace present an upscale yet approachable setting for a menu that spotlights premium meats, complemented by a variety of dishes that celebrate the bounty of the sea and the local markets.”
Upscale Living noted that the highlights of the restaurant’s menu are the A5 Japanese Wagyu, the bone-in filet, Porterhouse and KC strip steaks. They went on to say that these superb steaks are served with unique takes on the traditional sides served at steakhouses.
Also of note is Baltaire’s premium wine list and selections of 30 wines that can be enjoyed by the glass and over 500 choices of wines that can be purchased by the bottle. The restaurant has a 68-seat dining room and, for those who prefer to dine outdoors, the 2,500 square foot terraces with room for an additional 90 diners and has a retractable roof.
