Baltaire adds DRC wines to offerings
By Dolores Quintana
Baltaire Steakhouse has added to their selection of fine wines with a shipment of DRC wines from the Burgundy region of France as posted on their Instagram page.
Baltaire’s Sommelier David Taylor explained that “The Domaine de la Romanée-Conti wines are some of the most prized in the world, offering an unparalleled combination of exclusivity, history and quality. The crown jewel of our latest allocation is the incredibly rare Montrachet, with only two barrels of this wine produced per vintage. While the Romanée-Conti Grand Cru may be the most expensive, the Montrachet is most certainly the most exclusive, due to the smaller production size.”
For fine wine lovers on the Westside, this is an unparalleled opportunity to taste some of the finest and rarest wines produced in the world while dining at one of Brentwood’s favorite restaurants and the steakhouse that was awarded the prestigious plate designation from Michelin. Baltaire is located at 11647 San Vicente Blvd in Brentwood.
