The victim is a crossing guard. While preforming his duties the suspect pulls up in her vehicle and demands that the victim move out of the way. When he refused to do so the suspect struck the victim with her vehicle. The suspect then backed up and again drove towards the victim. When the victim again refused to move the suspect struck him a second time and fled the location.
