Police Logged a Mix of Home and Vehicle Burglaries

During the last week, there was not a large upswing of crimes in Brentwood, but there were six crimes: burglaries, burglaries from a motor vehicle, and theft. Cash, an e-bike, clothing, and furniture were among the items that were stolen.
Burglary:
(Commercial) 05-26-25 13:15 Hrs / 05-27-25 06:55 Hrs, 13000 Block of San Vicente Blvd, suspect(s) used possible key to enter the business. Once inside, the suspect(s) removed property and fled the location. The property taken was Clothing and grooming products.
05-28-25 15:00 Hrs – 20:00 Hrs, 11900 Block of Montana Ave, suspect(s) entered the unlocked front door of the apartment and removed property. The property taken was furniture and kitchen items.

06-01-25 20:00 Hrs, 2900 Block of Corda Lane, suspect(s) entered unlocked Kia Sportage parked on the street. Unknown property taken.

05-25-25 23:00 Hrs / 05-26-25 10:00 Hrs, 11600 Block of Gorham Ave, suspect(s) removed unsecured E-bike from apartment building lobby.
05-27-25 16:15 Hrs, 13000 San Vicente Blvd, suspect removed cash and clothing from the storage locker of the business. The employee followed the suspect away from the location and notified LAPD, who arrested the suspect for theft.
