Shop Local Woman-Owned Small Businesses And Local Businesses
Looking for a way to celebrate Earth Day and support local businesses at the same time? Look no further than the Westwood Village Plaza, where a pop-up market featuring over 30 local female artisans will be taking place on April 22nd sponsored by the Westwood Village Improvement Association.
The market will feature a curated selection of clothing, jewelry, accessories, handmade home goods, plants, baby and toddler items, bath and body products, and much more. Visitors will also be able to enjoy live entertainment by DJ Julz while they shop.
In addition to supporting local female entrepreneurs, visitors to the market will also be supporting a good cause. On-site donations will be taken to benefit 501C3 One Tree Planted, a non-profit organization that works to reforest areas that have been devastated by wildfires and other natural disasters.
The Female Maker Market, a curated marketplace that supports women-owned small businesses and artisans, is proud to partner with the Westwood Village Plaza for this event. The market is family-friendly and pet-friendly, so feel free to bring the whole family, including your furry friends.
For every $10 donation or more, visitors will receive a free market tote sponsored by the Mercantile Collective. For those who spend $75 or more, there will be giveaways for the first 25 guests. So come out and enjoy a day of shopping, entertainment, and supporting local female-owned small businesses in honor of Earth Day.
