Ellen Bronfman Hauptman, Co-Chairman of Andell Holdings, a private investment firm, and leading family office and daughter of Charles Bronfman, and her husband Andrew Hauptman have placed their Brentwood Park estate up for sale as reported by The Dirt. com. The home was, up until recently, their main residence, but since they purchased a new mansion in the Hollywood Hills, they have decided to sell their Brentwood home. The listing price is $30 million after the couple completed substantial renovations on the home after purchasing it for $16 million in 2017. The customizations were handled by Waldo Fernandez a respected designer based in Los Angeles.
