Popular items include the double cheeseburger with bacon and jalapenos, as well as loaded fries topped with For The Win fry sauce
The Los Angeles-based burger chain For the Win is set to open a new location at 147 S Barrington Avenue in Brentwood before the end of 2025, part of a broader expansion across the region, What Now Los Angeles reported.
The Brentwood outpost joins a wave of new sites planned for the year, including openings in Westwood, Cypress Park, and Highland Park, where a location at 5801 N. Figueroa Street is slated to replace Tam’s Junior Burger No. 2 later this month. The chain, which already operates 10 locations primarily in Los Angeles County, recently soft-launched a San Diego spot at 1037 Garnet Avenue, formerly Lucha Libre Taco Shop, with full operations pending health department approval.
Known for its smash-style burgers served on Martin’s potato rolls, the menu features shoestring-cut fries, sweet potato fries, Brussels sprouts, and hand-spun shakes. Popular items include the double cheeseburger with bacon and jalapenos, as well as loaded fries topped with For The Win fry sauce, grilled onions, and cheese.
Owner Santos Uy told What Now that the rapid growth stems from reinvesting profits into new sites, aided by favorable deals from landlords and brokers. “We’ve been able to choose ones that fit our schedule and budget,” he told the outlet.
