The Brentwood Oasis Now for Rent After Two Years on the Market
After multiple price reductions, while the property has been on sale for two years, hedge fund executive Jeffrey “Jeff” Feinberg has opted to rent out his Brentwood mansion, asking $250,000 per month. The listing, managed by Dan Malka of Engel & Völkers, follows Feinberg’s purchase of the property in a bidding war for $44 million in June 2021—$1 million above the asking price at the time.
The property, known as The Brentwood Oasis, sits atop a secluded cul-de-sac with over an acre of land overlooking the Getty Museum. Built by developer Ramtin Ray Nosrati, the mansion includes seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, spanning nearly 17,000 square feet across three floors.
The modern estate boasts high-end features like a blue-and-gold basketball court honoring the late Lakers legend Kobe Bryant, a 10-car auto showroom, a sports simulator, and a 1,000-gallon aquarium.
Feinberg initially relisted the property a year after his purchase, with a $4 million markup. After relisting at just under $43 million in late 2022, he reduced the asking price to $38 million in early 2023 before opting to lease the property.
