A Brentwood estate owned by Douglas Emmett Realty co-founder Kenneth Panzer has hit the market for $58.5 million, making it the most expensive home currently listed in the Los Angeles neighborhood, according to a report by Real Deal.
The 5-acre property, located in the exclusive 13-home Brentwood Country Estates enclave, last sold for $20 million in December 2020 through Panzer’s Green & White Investments, the real estate outlet reported.
Spanning 9,960 square feet, the home features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, gym, office, and smart home controls. Outdoor amenities include a pool, spa, tennis court, and putting green.
Panzer is COO and a board member at Douglas Emmett Inc., a real estate investment trust with a $3.2 billion market cap.
