Jeffrey Feinberg Relists Brentwood Mansion for $43 Million

16,000 square-foot mansion back on market

By Dolores Quintana

Hedge fund manager, Jeffrey “Jeff” Feinberg, has made some changes to the listing of his mansion in Brentwood as reported by The Dirt.com. The home has languished on the market for six months with a $48 million price tag but has recently be relisted with a new name and slightly lower price.

The estate is now called “Star Resort” and is listed for $43 million. That is one million less than Feinberg originally paid for the home not quite two years ago. The mansion was newly built at the time of purchase.

The home does have a prime space above the Getty Museum in the hills of Brentwood. It sits on a 1.3-acre area and has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. With 17,000 square feet of living space, where you can find a three-hole putting green, a basketball court with a Kobe Bryan theme, a TV wall, a sports simulator room and a car gallery, it’s a luxurious home in a cul de sac.

It was built on spec by developer Ramtin Ray Nosrati and completed in early 2021 and was known as the Brentwood Oasis.

The listing agents are Dan Malka and Yohan Bensimon of Ikon Advisors. Ikon’s website listing for the home states, “Opening onto the emerald expanse of the Brentwood vistas and spectacular Getty Museum views is this incredibly stunning 16,672 SF resort-style mega mansion with 30,000 SF of outdoor spaces. It is the culmination of only the most modern and unique amenities & finishes; transforming the home into an all-in-one private resort retreat across 1.3 acres of land, sitting on a private cul-de-sac street and fully secured with a laser system & 24/hour guard house.”

The website goes on to detail more about the home and says, “Spread across 4 stories, dramatic 22 ft walls in the foyer & automatic sliding glass doors open onto the 70 ft infinity edge pool & spa, fire pit lounge areas, lawn, mini golf court, bar, pizza oven and cabanas to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. Included in this generously large home is an impressive master bedroom fitted with its own fireplace and balcony lounge, an optimized Home Office, a fully equipped two-story guest house on-site with private access, a patio, an ensuite bathroom & wet bar. Exuding true opulence is a live moss wall serving as a backdrop to the glistening 26 ft icicle chandelier suspended in the main foyer.”

The description doesn’t stop there and continues with even more details, “Amenities include an expansive automobile gallery on the lower level featuring an impressive posh lounge that can be turned into a private club. A guest bedroom that doubles as a secondary master bedroom with its own private patio and entrance. State-of-the-art all-sports simulator room and Rolls Royce-inspired starlight ceiling movie theater to entertain guests and family with a bar and 250-bottle wine cellar. A serene indoor jet pool & spa, fitted gym and double massage room are available. Satisfying every basketball enthusiast’s dreams is a Kobe Bryant Legacy basketball court that wraps the eastern lower level of the property. Impressing the savviest dinner guests is both a chef’s kitchen & prep kitchen with top-of-the-line, premium Míele appliances, a commercial walk-in refrigerator and a stunning open conception dining room to tie it all together. Colossal Master bedroom, boutique his&hers walk-in closets and bathrooms are gracefully displayed across the home. Enjoy the 4-story elevator to access the resort-sized rooftop deck with Baja seating, overlooking the most majestic sunsets across the city on the West side.”
