“The Oasis” Offers a 70-Foot Infinity Pool, Stunning Getty Center Views
Jeffrey Feinberg, a billionaire hedge fund manager, has reduced the price of his sprawling Brentwood estate overlooking the Getty Center. Known as “The Oasis,” the 20,000-square-foot mansion has been on the market for two years without finding a buyer.
Initially listed for sale, the property was offered for lease in October for $250,000 per month. However, the rental price has since been lowered to $195,000 monthly. Dan Malka of Engel & Völkers represents the property, which was constructed in 2022 by renowned luxury home builder Ramtin Ray Nosrati.
Nestled on 1.3 acres of land in a private cul-de-sac, The Oasis blends modern luxury with resort-style living. The seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom estate features over 30,000 square feet of outdoor space, offering panoramic views of the Getty Museum and Brentwood’s lush greenery.
The mansion boasts a 70-foot infinity pool and spa, a Kobe Bryant-themed basketball court, a rooftop deck, and a three-hole putting green. It also includes a fully equipped guest house with a private entrance, wet bar, and patio.
The interiors of the four-story home are designed for both entertainment and comfort. Highlights include:
- Sports Simulator Room: For immersive gameplay.
- State-of-the-Art Theater: Featuring a nine-screen digital wall and a Rolls Royce-inspired fiber-optic starlight ceiling.
- Automobile Showroom: A 2,000-square-foot gallery with floor-to-ceiling glass walls for showcasing luxury cars.
- Chef’s Kitchen and Prep Kitchen: Outfitted with premium Miele appliances and a commercial-grade walk-in refrigerator.
- Home Office and Lounge: Complete with a bar, wine cellar, and private club-style amenities.
Designed for gatherings, the estate includes outdoor fire pits, cabanas, a pizza oven, a vegetable garden, and an indoor-outdoor gym. Guests can unwind in the double massage room or swim in the indoor jet pool with its waterfall feature.
The foyer of the mansion sets a dramatic tone with 22-foot ceilings and a live moss wall framing a 26-foot icicle chandelier. Automated Fleetwood doors seamlessly connect the interiors with the expansive outdoor entertainment areas. It comes with 24-hour guardhouse security, laser systems, and advanced smart-home controls.
