LAFD crews prevent large two-story property from burning down last week
A large Bel-Air home went up in flames last week.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD), the incident was reported on January 5 around 7:20 p.m. at 2387 Earls Court in Bel-Air.
LAFD crews arrived on the scene to find a large two-story home with flames showing from the second floor.
“It took 46 firefighters 45 minutes to strategically confine the fire to its point of origin on the second floor above an attached garage, and extinguish the flames, while limiting the spread and reducing possible damage from firefighting efforts,” the LAFD said.
According to the the LAFD, no occupants were at home at the time of the fire.
No injuries were reported.
The incident remains under investigation by the LAFD.
