Le Petit Pali Brentwood to Open Soon, Bringing a Retro Twist to LA’s Westside Hospitality

Avi Brosh’s Palisociety to Launch Its Third Boutique Hotel in Historic Brentwood Location

Le Petit Pali, the latest addition to Avi Brosh’s Palisociety Hotel collection, will launch its third boutique hotel, Le Petit Pali Brentwood, on November 18. Housed in the former Brentwood Motor Hotel, a historic 1947 property, the reimagined hotel aims to bring a fresh take on the classic bed-and-breakfast concept and is located at the corner of Sunset and Kenter.

Le Petit Pali already has two locations in Carmel-by-the-Sea. The new hotel sits on a scenic stretch of Sunset Boulevard, west of The Getty Center and near Brentwood Village, the one-story, 25-room Le Petit Pali Brentwood combines bespoke elegance and personalized service.

The hotel will prioritize comfort with a fireplace, a custom-made front desk, and vintage-style decor including wallpapered walls, plaid drapes, and a curated selection of books. In an outdoor patio, with a calming fountain, set up a space for guests to enjoy breakfast or relax with coffee at French bistro tables surrounded by greenery.

Guest rooms at Le Petit Pali Brentwood are designed with a blend of comfort and style, featuring taupe-washed brick walls, reclaimed oak floors, jute rugs, striped wallpaper, and vintage artwork. Each room includes Diptyque bath amenities, Bellino linens, Marshall speakers, and a minibar with locally sourced items.

Upon arrival, guests will find Antipodes bottled water and Baci chocolates in their room, with a complimentary breakfast basket delivered each morning featuring Clark Street Bakery pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, and La Colombe coffee. In the evening, fresh-baked cookies provide a welcoming touch.

Stylish relaxation in a home away from home awaits.
