Le Pooch of Brentwood Takes Roost on Barrington Place

Le PoochLocal pets and their loving parents are flocking to Brentwood’s newest haven where they can meet, greet and get their every need happily attended to. The newest business addition to the neighborhood opened on May 1, offering the ultimate in pet luxury including fine quality pet products, doggy day care and expert grooming in its oh so chic Bark Ave. Salon. The community is invited, and pets are especially welcome, to the Grand Opening, 5-8 p.m., Saturday, May 8 at 124 S. Barrington Place.

Store owners Don and Suzanne Einhorn, pet business veterans who recently returned to West L.A. from Las Vegas, envisioned a very warm and inviting location for their unique pet lovers paradise.

“We are a dog-centered family ourselves and know the place pets hold in the lives of their ‘parents’. Of course we stock the very highest quality pet foSuzanne Einhornods, care products and toys that folks in Brentwood would expect, but our mission is to provide a loving home-away-from-home where pets can be pampered and owners’ concerns appreciated,†said Einhorn.

The store offers top designer brands for furry fashionistas as well as expert advice from Pet Consultant, Kevin Madden, staff members Christina Donahue and Randy Melendez and Master Groomer Jim Johnson. Doggy day care (for pooches up to 35 lbs.) is available seven days a week and Bark Ave. welcomes walk-ins for grooming.

Best of all, for fur-centered folks who prefer the company of like-minded neighbors, Le Pooch offers comfy seating, coffee and a spot to share a barkable moment with Spot. Art patrons will enjoy the mural of the store’s mascot, Bichon Frise “Prince,” the inspiration for, or if you will, the dog behind the EinhRandy Melendez, Kevin Madden & Don Einhornorns’ dream.
