Originally Listed in March, Home Sells After Price Reduction
Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel have sold their Los Angeles home in the Brentwood neighborhood.
The couple originally listed the property in March for $19.95 million but reduced the asking price to $17.75 million in July, according to listing records. The property was previously owned by actor Harrison Ford, who bought it in 1983.
Spiegel, co-founder and CEO of Snap Inc., purchased the home in 2016 for $12 million through a limited liability company. This sale marks the second property the couple has sold in recent months. In August, Kerr sold her Malibu home, which she owned for a decade, for $4.1 million, according to Realtor.com.
The Los Angeles home spans about 7,100 square feet and sits on a 0.8-acre lot, according to the listing with Drew Fenton of Carolwood Estates. Fenton did not respond to a request for comment.
Built in 1951 by architect Gerard Colcord, the traditional-style main house includes a double-height foyer, a formal dining room with a fireplace, and a living room that opens to a spacious terrace. The home features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, including a primary suite with high ceilings, a marble bathroom, two large closets, and a balcony offering city views.
