Priscilla Presley’s Brentwood home is officially on the market. Built in 1949, Presley purchased the ranch style home in 1976, 3 years after her divorce from the King of Rock and Roll Elvis Presley, for $176,000. Presley’s mother, Ann Lillian Wagner- Beaulieu who passed away in 2005, was the primary resident. Listed with Hilton & Hyland, the 2,499- square foot property, which sits on a 16,329- square foot corner lot, is listed for $3.65 million as is.
Surrounded by a white picket fence, the 4- bedroom, 3- bathroom single story home comes equipped with a 2- car garage and additional parking spaces that can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Features also include a spacious family room with vaulted ceilings and a double set of French doors that lead out to a kidney shaped swimming pool surrounded by a concrete patio. The kitchen is set with wood cabinets and drawers and white- tiled countertops. It also leads out to the covered outdoor dining area. Despite being dated, the Brentwood property is ideal for anyone looking for a little peace and privacy in their life.
More than just the woman who captivated the heart of a rock and roll legend, Presley made a name for herself with several roles on television and film. Known for her role as Jane Spencer in The Naked Gun franchise, Presley also had appearances on Melrose Place, Tales from the Crypt, Touched by an Angel, and Spin City. Presley is also the executive producer behind several television movies and documentaries including 1988’s Elvis and Me and 2018’s Elvis Presley: The Searcher. At 74 years old, Presley shows no signs of slowing down. Fans can watch Presley alongside Kelly Pickler and Wes Brown in Hallmark Channel’s Wedding at Graceland set to premiere June 1.
