Respara Opens in Brentwood Boasting Exclusive Luxury Residences

One-, two- and three-bedroom private retreats now leasing

Respara is now open in Brentwood featuring a collection of residences including 54 one-, two- and three-bedroom private retreats ranging from 845 to 1,978 sq. ft., starting at $6,600/month.

Following preleasing, Respara has 42 homes remaining. Nestled in a secluded cul-de-sac at the intersection of Dunstan Way and Barrington Avenue, the complex is surrounded by 400 acres of green space plus over 10,000 sq. ft. of amenities and personalized services.

Respara boasts numerous wellness facilities, such as an indoor fitness lab, a serene resident lounge with a palm tree-lined pool and jacuzzi, private cabanas for lounging, and a luxurious “Glam Room” for residents to glam up before attending events. Residents also benefit from state-of-the-art technology featuring mesh WiFi for a seamless smart home experience, electric vehicle charging stations, a private cinema room, an integrated resident app and a full-service conference room.

The dedicated Resident Ambassadors provide mail and package delivery services, in-home grocery delivery, dining reservations, car detailing services, dry cleaning and housekeeping as well as bike and surfboard rentals. There are tranquil spaces too: a 70-foot interior courtyard perfect for yoga classes; a secluded fireside retreat for meditation; and a spacious rooftop with an awe-inspiring 360° panoramic view of Los Angeles.

“Tucked away in the lush seclusion of one of LA’s most desirable West Side neighborhoods, Respara is bringing an entirely new caliber of for-lease living to the Westside of Los Angeles. Through its privacy, unparalleled amenity offering and around the clock staff, residents can expect a one-of-a-kind living experience that feels like the comfort of home, the adventure of a vacation, and the warmth of exceptional hospitality,” says project developer Chris Liebes.

Respara offers elevated mid-century modern designs, smart-home tech and lush outdoor spaces. Residents enjoy spacious open floor plans, white oak flooring, Italian cabinets and walk-in closets, with glass sliders leading to terraces. Kitchens are outfitted with Fisher & Paykel appliances and Waterworks provides artisanal quality craftsmanship throughout baths and spas. Developed by Hugh Evans III and partner Chris Liebes, the project is operated by Align Residential.
