South Brentwood Residents Association’s 47th Annual Meeting Welcomes Distinguished Speakers

Community Gathering Offers Residents an Opportunity to Engage with Local Leaders

The South Brentwood Residents Association is delighted to invite the community to their 47th Annual Meeting, featuring a lineup of distinguished speakers. This event, open to anyone in Brentwood or neighboring areas, provides a unique opportunity to engage with local elected officials and other prominent figures, discussing topics of significance to the community.

This meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 19th, at 6:30 PM via Zoom Meeting Registration: Please register in advance for access to the Zoom meeting by visiting www.SouthBrentwood.org

The roster of speakers includes:

  • Hydee Feldstein Soto – Los Angeles City Attorney
  • Lindsey Horvath – L.A. County Supervisor, 3rd District
  • Matthew Kirk – Senior Lead Officer, West Los Angeles LAPD
  • Bryan Kirkness – Chief Inspector, L.A. Housing Department, Code Enforcement Division (L.A. Earthquake codes)
  • Traci Park – Councilwoman, District 11, City of Los Angeles
  • Jared Rivera – Deputy Mayor, City of Los Angeles

Participation in the event is open to all, and there are no membership requirements. However, attendees are encouraged to register in advance to secure their place in the Zoom meeting and receive login access. Register by visiting the provided link on SouthBrentwood.org. This meeting offers the community a platform to voice their concerns and questions to the City Attorney, Deputy Mayor, Councilwoman, and Supervisor. To submit your questions ahead of time, please send them to info@southbrentwood.org.

The South Brentwood Residents Association greatly relies on the support of the community. Membership dues contribute to keeping residents informed through annual meetings, email services, the website, social media, and community activities. Individual dues are $40, and senior dues are $25. As a special incentive, anyone who pays their membership dues between October 1 and October 31, 2023, will be entered into a drawing to win one of fifteen $10 gift cards from Vicente Foods or Caffe Luxxe. Please remit your payment through the provided link. SBRA Board members and Advisory Board members are not eligible for the drawing.
