Summer at Brentwood: Unleash Your Child’s Potential in a Dynamic Summer Program

Exciting Day Camps, Sports Programs, and Academic Classes for K-12 Students

By Dolores Quintana

Summer at Brentwood invites K-12 students from the Los Angeles area to join us for an unforgettable summer experience. Our diverse range of day camps, sports camps, special-interest programs, service-learning experiences, and Upper School academic classes cater to various interests and passions.

Whether your child dreams of designing their own board game, perfecting their volleyball skills, performing in a summer musical, earning high school geometry credit, or learning the art of leading a successful social entrepreneurship organization, Summer at Brentwood has something for everyone.

Summer at Brentwood commenced in late June this year with the BCIL Design with Purpose course. In collaboration with GoBabyGo! and local hospitals, Brentwood School embarked on a meaningful project to customize battery-powered ride-on cars for children with limited mobility. Middle School campers eagerly engaged in the process, honing their communication and critical thinking skills while studying engineering.

Through their dedicated efforts, they designed, built, and tailored vehicles that precisely met each child’s unique requirements. The culmination of this project was the presentation of the customized vehicles to the GoBabyGo! children, allowing them to enjoy newfound mobility and excitement in their daily lives.

Join us this summer at Summer at Brentwood for an enriching and fun-filled experience  Courses are still available to start next week; you can check out the calendar here. Explore our wide array of programs and allow your child to discover, learn, and grow in an inclusive and supportive environment.
