Sample Rare Vintages From Premier French Estates This Sunday in Brentwood
In honor of Father’s Day, Thatcher’s Wine in Brentwood is inviting wine lovers to a special Bordeaux tasting event on Sunday, June 15, featuring a curated selection of rare and distinguished vintages from some of France’s most celebrated wine estates.
The tasting will take place from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the shop, located at 11718 San Vicente Blvd. Attendees will have the chance to sample prestigious pours in a relaxed, community-focused setting. No paternal credentials required.
“We just received a serious drop of Bordeaux,” Thatcher’s said in its announcement, “so we figured Father’s Day was the perfect excuse to pop some open.”
The event’s featured lineup includes:
- 2007 Château Haut-Bailly Cru Classé, Pessac-Léognan
- 2010 Château du Tertre 5ème Cru Classé, Margaux
- 2012 Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande 2ème Cru Classé, Pauillac
Whether guests are dads themselves, bringing a parent along, or simply seeking an opportunity to explore world-class wines, the shop encourages all to join the afternoon tasting.
Parking is available both on-site and along nearby streets. You can get your tickets on Tock.
