Jackson Kalb eatery coming to former Bottlefish Restaurant

Upcoming Top Chef contestant Jackson Kalb is opening a new restaurant in Brentwood.
As reported by What Now Los Angeles, the restaurant will be called Gemma di Mare and will be located at 11677 San Vicente Boulevard in Suite 200.
The restaurant, described as East Coast Italian Seafood, will move into the former home of Bottlefish Restaurant. The opening is expected sometime in Summer 2022 with a limited launch in early summer, followed by a full expansion later in the year, with longer hours and more extensive menus. The menu will feature ample grilled and fried local seafood,
Kalb, who will be a contestant on season 19 of Top Chef, has spent time running the popular South Bay pasta restaurant Jame Enoteca and Venice’s I Ospi.
