A.O.C Brentwood has a marvelous delivery menu ready for all the romantics in Brentwood and on the Westside. The menu is available on their Tock page here and is priced at $225 per a package that serves two. Wine pairings by Carolyn Styne are available for an additional charge.
The package, per their Tock website, includes blood oranges, dates, arugula & pecorino stack of cheesy focaccia, jamon & black truffle and potato gnocchi, maine lobster, english peas & spring nettles. There is a choice of main dish between a dish of wood-roasted vegetables mechoui or a freekeh & harissa halibut with a wild salad & artichokes barigoule or a liberty duck breast, fennel gratin & peter’s kumquats or a hanger steak, red wine red cabbage & horseradish cream for each guest. Each main dish selection will be served with meyer lemon risotto, snap pea ragoût, chanterelles & gremolata butter. As a dessert finale, the package comes with a vacherin for two: crisp meringue filled with vanilla ice cream, lemon curd, harry’s berries & candied citrus.
The wine pairings for the dinner are Billecart-Salmon, Brut Rose NV, Mareuil-Sur-Ay for $140.00 or 2014 Vignetti Massa, Montecitorio, Timorasso, Coll for $100.00 or 2019 Failla Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast for $45.00.
